Dr. Kristi Graham
Principal, Edwards-Johnson Memorial Silsbee Middle School
Dr. Graham is a graduate of Crenshaw High School in Los Angeles, CA. She received an athletic scholarship to play basketball at the University of Texas at El Paso. At UTEP, she earned her Bachelors and Masters of Arts in Communication. She has been an English teacher, Speech teacher, and head girls basketball coach. She served as an Assistant Principal in El Paso as well as Arlington and Beaumont before coming to Silsbee Independent School District. She was previously an assistant principal at Silsbee High School. She earned her doctorate in 2024.
She is happily married to her husband, Marcus Graham.
"We are excited to have an opportunity to raise our two youngest children in Southeast Texas. Our family enjoys sports and spending time at home."
Her goal: "My goal is to create a positive environment where students can thrive and prepare to be great citizens of our community. My favorite quote is 'If you think you can’t, you’re right!' So, I will always encourage people to think positive and believe that greatness is within them."

Mrs. Jamie Youngblood
Assistant Principal, Edwards-Johnson Memorial Silsbee Middle School
Mrs. Youngblood is a 1996 graduate of Silsbee High School. She earned her Bachelors of Science, Interdisciplinary Studies and Masters of Educational Technology with Leadership at Lamar University. She loves her Alma Mater and watching the Silsbee Tigers WIN, WIN, WIN!
She is married to her husband, Mike, and has three sons; Mason, Ethan and CJ.

Mrs. Christa Lacey
Assistant Principal, Edwards-Johnson Memorial Silsbee Middle School
Mrs. Lacey graduated from West Sabine High School in Pineland, TX. Her education continued at Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies Degree and later a Master's Degree in Education. Mrs. Lacey has served as a teacher, principal, and assistant principal. She loves reading and sports.
GOALS: "My goal is to create exceptional learning opportunities for every student by providing a safe environment conducive to learning that prepares each student for high school. I want to create a positive learning community where teachers are supported and encouraged to reach instructional goals. Lastly, building positive relationships with students, staff, parents, and the Silsbee community."
Mrs. Blair Delacerda
Assistant Principal, Edwards-Johnson Memorial Silsbee Middle School
Mrs. Blair is a 1999 graduate of Silsbee High School and has been employed as a teacher with Silsbee ISD since 2007. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Masters Degree in Administration from Lamar University. She was born and raised in Silsbee and has endless reserves of Tiger Pride, bleeds maroon, and is a proud member of the Tiger Nation. In her free time she enjoy reading, traveling, and fishing with her husband, Scott.
GOALS: "My goal as a leader is to provide a safe, secure, and consistent learning environment to better prepare our students for their futures. I believe the sky is the ONLY limit for our students and my job is to support them in believing that for themselves."
